Edit: Your right Dave. Cones look like from a 411.This looks like a custom/after market job.Even the vent hole in the magnet is smaller than a Altec.So to me it looks like the frame is the only thing Altec here.The spider and terminals look all wrong as well.

I'm not sure if he changed it but it says aftermarket recone in the first line of the description.
